2026–27 School Year Tuition and Fees
The school year tuition and extended rates are for September through May. Full day summer care and camp are also available for all preschool ages.
Gentle Separation
Gentle Separation runs from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (Sep- Jan) and 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Jan- Jun). Families can choose to enroll for 2 or 3 days.
2-Day Option (W/F): $18,480
3-Day Option (M/W/F): $26,400
Caregiver and Me
The Caregiver and Me program will begin in January and run from 8:45 a.m. to 10:15 a.m on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
2-Day (T/Th): $6,000
The 2s
Families enrolled in the 2s program can choose to enroll for 3 or 5 days.
3-Day (M/W/F)
Half-day school program: $26,400
Extended day (11:30 a.m.–3 p.m.): $8,810 (Can be prorated for a portion of the year)
Extended day (11:30 a.m.–6 p.m.): $16,365 (Can be prorated for a portion of the year)
5-Day
Half-day school program: $35,250
Extended day (11:30 a.m.–3 p.m.): $11,750 (Can be prorated for a portion of the year)

The 3s
To support an increasing focus on school stamina and readiness skills as they prepare for PreK, only a 5-day schedule is available in the 3s.
5-Day
Half-day school program: $35,250
Extended day (11:30 a.m.–3 p.m.): $11,750 (Can be prorated for a portion of the year)
Extended day (11:30 a.m.–6 p.m.): $21,821 (Can be prorated for a portion of the year)
Schedule: 5 full days per week
Maximum tuition: $47,000
After-school care is available through Corlears Plus.
TEAM: Our Equitable Tuition Setting Model
Our Tuition Equity and Accessibility Model (TEAM) changes the paradigm from financial aid to equitable tuition level setting for all families. The TEAM process is supported by the Clarity Application during the admissions or reenrollment process to determine an equitable tuition level — from zero to maximum — for all of our families. (Of course, families may also choose to opt out and pay the maximum tuition.)
TEAM is one of the many ways Corlears School demonstrates its commitment to DEIB, ensuring equity in our school all the way down to the tuition-setting structure. Through this paradigm, more than ever, all families are able to contribute in an equitable way to helping Corlears to maintain a high level of faculty expertise and an extraordinary educational program.
Submitting a Financial Assessment
Families must fill out a financial assessment in Clarity to be considered for an equitable tuition level.
The application in Clarity typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete and is mobile friendly. You are also able to save your progress and return anytime. The cost to submit is $65 per household.

Frequently Asked Questions
Each year, the Board of Trustees sets the maximum tuition for the following school year. In order to maintain our program and teacher salaries, the maximum tuition will increase annually; however, the TEAM will be administered every year and will continue to adjust a family's tuition level to match their needs.
In the fall, both enrolled and applicant families seeking a TEAM tuition assignment below maximum tuition are asked to fill out the Clarity Application. Details from the application will be used to determine each family's equitable tuition level by considering their income, assets, and essential expenses.

No. After the admissions committee recommends students for admission, the enrollment management team considers the entire pool of applicants to offer final admission decisions. During this stage of the process, we endeavor to meet each family’s financial capacity to the best of our ability, while maintaining financial sustainability for the school.
After the admissions deadline has passed, applications for admission and TEAM are reviewed on a rolling basis in classes where spots and funding remain available.
TEAM assignments are provided with re-enrollment and admissions offers.
