1. Completed/Submitted your Medical Materials? (Medical Form, Medication Consent Form and Allergy & Medication Care Plan) *Please make sure all medical materials are in school, no later than August 31st.*
2. Completed/Updated your Parent Contact Information online? (Please spend some time to update your records. If there are no updates, the information on file will be used.)
3. Completed the Parent Resource Form? (The Parent Resource Form is used for a variety of reasons. It should be returned on the first day of school.)
4. Read the Parent Handbook? (The Parent Handbook has the drop off/pickup protocols and other useful information for your child's first few days of school.)
   
5. Paid your Parents Association Dues? (You PA dues fund various events throughout the year.)
